By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to the following terms of service.

▸ GENERAL PROVISIONS

1. These terms apply to all individual commissions for illustrations, designs, and other artistic work.
2. I reserve the right to update or modify these terms at any time without prior notice.
3. Commissions will be streamed on Twitch, unless asked otherwise.
4. All commissions are only for personal use, unless discussed.

▸ COPYRIGHT

5. I retain the copyright and all rights to the commissioned artwork, not the client.
6. I reserve the right to share the commissioned work in my portfolio and social platforms, unless confidentiality has been agreed upon before the project begins.
7. The client cannot claim the drawing as theirs, cannot copy, redistribute or sell.
8. Please credit the artist if uploaded on social media. (@Lukaiyos)

▸ WORK PROCESS

9. Full payment must be paid before the commission is started.
10. I may decline projects if they do not fit my style, workload or comfort zone.
11. Please provide clear references, notes and any details you want included before I start.
12. I will send you the progress of your commission on every phase.
.....⤷ (Sketch + Base Colours ➜ Lineart ➜ Rendering) Feel free to DM me and I will respond ASAP.
13. During the sketch phase, multiple revisions are allowed.
14. At the refined sketch and final artwork stage, up to 2 minor revisions are included.
15. Additional revisions beyond this will incur extra fees depending on difficulty.

▸ PAYMENT

16. Payments are in CAD on PayPal only through invoices.
17. Full payment must be paid before the commission is started.
18. Partial payments are allowed ONLY if the commission is over $200 CAD.
19. After the commission has been completed, there are NO refunds.

▸ TURNAROUND TIME

20. The estimated turnaround time is up to 2 months.
.....⤷ Depending on the complexity of the piece and my schedule.
21. I do not accept rush commissions.
.....⤷ If there is a deadline, please inform me so I can confirm if I can meet it or not.
22. For any delays, all clients will be updated and contacted via Email.

▸ FINAL DELIVERY

23. The client will receive the finished work in PNG format.
.....⤷ The final work will be sent via email or Discord.
24. The final artwork may not be used in AI-generation tools or as NFTs under any circumstances.
25. Client understands that there is no physical item associated with this transaction.
26. I may post the work in my portfolio, socials and use it for self-promotion.
27. Commission files will be deleted after 90 days. Please save the final files within 90 days.

▸ REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

28. NO REFUNDS under any circumstances after the payment has been received.
29. If the invoice has not been sent, then the commissioner/client has the right to
cancel the order.

▸ AGREEMENT
