➜ I reserve the right to refuse or cancel any commissions for any reason.
➜ Please note that I do not design characters.
➜ Please respond to messages promptly. If no reply is received within 3 days, the current stage will be considered approved and the commission will continue. Requests made afterwards may incur additional fees.
➜ All commissions are only for personal use, unless discussed.

▸ COPYRIGHT

➜ I retain full copyright and intellectual property rights, including the right to display commissioned work in my portfolio, social media, livestreams, and promotional materials unless an NDA has been purchased.
➜ The client may not edit, alter, or have another artist modify my work.
➜ The client may not copy, trace, heavily reference, redistribute, resell, or claim my artwork as their own.
➜ Commissioned artwork may never be used for AI training, AI generation, datasets, NFTs, blockchain projects, or similar technologies under ANY circumstance.
➜ All commissions are for private/personal use, there will an additional charge for commercial use.

▸ WORK PROCESS

➜ Full payment must be paid before the commission is started.
➜ I may decline projects if they do not fit my style, workload or comfort zone.
➜ Please provide clear references, notes and any details you want included before I start.
➜ I will send you the progress of your commission on every phase.

➜ During the sketch phase, multiple revisions are allowed.
➜ Once lineart begins, only minor base colour adjustments are allowed.
➜ Additional revisions beyond this will incur extra fees and delays.

▸ PAYMENT

➜ ALL payments are in CAD.
➜ Full upfront payment are final and must be paid before the commission is started.
➜ Invoices must be paid within 24-48 hours or the commission will be cancelled.
➜ All commissions are for private/personal use, there will an additional charge for commercial use.
➜ Payment plans are available upon discussion.

▸ DELIVERY TIME

➜ Turnaround time will be 4-12 weeks after the sketch approval.
➜ Delivery time can be subject to change due to complexity and size of the project but will be communicated to the client.
➜ I do not accept rush commissions.
.....⤷ If there is a deadline, please inform me so I can confirm if I can meet it or not.
➜ For any delays, all clients will be updated and contacted ASAP.

▸ DELIVERABLES

➜ Completed commissions are delivered through VGen via a Google Drive link.
➜ The final artwork may not be used in AI-generation tools or as NFTs under any circumstances.
➜ Please download your files within 30 days. Temporary download links will be removed afterwards to make space for future commissions.
➜ I may post the work in my portfolio, socials and use it for self-promotion.

▸ REFUNDS/CANCELLATIONS

➜ NO REFUNDS under any circumstances after the payment has been received.
➜ If there is a missing detail after completion, please reach out to me.
➜ If the payment has not been sent, the commissioner/client has the right to
cancel the order.

By commissioning me, you have read and agreed to my terms of service.
